We apply our unique approach to under managed, undercapitalised and undervalued assets located within emerging growth clusters and technology hubs. Today we manage over €300m of real estate assets and a strategy to grow the net worth of our AuM to €1bn.
A portion of the Zibel Real Estate income stream helps to support the Tej Kohli & Ruit Foundation, Tej Kohli's charitable organisation that is leading the fight against the needless blindness that arises due to poverty.
